POOF: Apparel Proofing & Approval
Proof-to-approval for custom apparel. Artists build proofs from live SanMar and S&S Activewear catalogs, send one link, and customers approve on any device without creating an account. Every approval is sealed with a third-party cryptographic timestamp, so a disputed sign-off produces an evidence package instead of an argument. Shops receive press-ready, colour-separated PDFs.

- No translation layer: The person in the requirements conversation is the person choosing the schema and writing the code. Nothing is lost handing a specification to an implementation team, because there is no handoff
- Architecture before code: The expensive mistakes are structural, and most of them are made in the first fortnight. We decide how the system is shaped, and name what each choice will cost you later, before anything gets built on top of it
- The boring solution when it fits: Most systems do not need to be distributed, event-sourced, or split into services. Knowing which problems genuinely require the complicated answer, and which are better served by something your team can still understand in three years, is most of the job
- Iterative delivery: Working software early and often, so you can correct the direction while correcting it is still cheap
- Built to be handed over: Documentation, conventions, and a codebase your team can own. A consultant who makes himself indispensable is a liability, not an asset
